All those attending the EAAS Conference 2024, including organizers, speakers, panel presenters, and those chairing a session, must register and therefore pay the corresponding fee.

Early Bird rates apply until December 31, 2023. As of January 1, 2024, standard rates are due upon registration.
Registration & Submission
To participate in the conference, you need to register via our conference management system ConfTool. To to register for the conference and/or book a seat for the conference dinner, please create an account.
The submission phase has ended on September 15, 2023. Notifications of acceptance were sent out by November 15, 2023.
