All those attending the EAAS Conference 2024, including organizers, speakers, panel presenters, and those chairing a session, must register and therefore pay the corresponding fee.

Early Bird rates apply until December 31, 2023. As of January 1, 2024, standard rates are due upon registration.

To participate in the conference, you need to register via our conference management system ConfTool. To submit a proposal and/or to register for the conference, please create an account.

You can submit proposals for individual talks and full panels until September 15, 2023. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by November 15, 2023.

During the submission phase, until mid-September 2023, our conference management system ConfTool provides a forum space that allows you to network and exchange ideas about joint panels or other forms of academic collaboration at the EAAS Conference 2024. Once you have created your account, you will find this option in the section "Conference Participation" on the "Overview"-page in ConfTool.
