We are actively seeking passionate book lovers to moderate and conceptualize a dynamic, modern book discussion group in English at Amerikahaus in Munich. The moderator role would have a level of creative freedom to plan and run monthly meetups that are tailored especially to older teens and young adults. We would like the group to appeal to a broad base by featuring title selections from various genres that, e.g.: have large fan bases, tackle trending themes, have been/will be filmed, etc.

Our ideal moderator (or moderators!) can commit to planning and moderating a meetup once per month, is passionate about multiple genres and has an eye for the latest trends being set in the literary world. The ideal moderator would also have experience speaking and leading discussions in English for small and medium size groups of peers and would appreciate being part of the founding members of a new, young bookworm community.

We are considering a single moderator as well as two or more moderators who would alternate responsibility of hosting the meetup. The moderator role is compensated.
