About the Event
Join us at the first meeting of our new book club! This new book club is especially for young people ages 14 and up who enjoy reading Young Adult Fiction. The meetings will take place in the Amerikahaus library, where snacks and drinks will be provided. Since the group is brand new, we want to make sure the founding members have a say in what the group is called and what they are going to read together! That is why this first meeting is all about getting to know each other, deciding on a name and talking about what books everyone is currently reading.
This new young adult book club format will take place in English.
Please bring along a book you enjoyed reading recently (it does not have to be in English!).
After the initial meeting, the group will meet every 3rd Monday of each month (with the exception of November, see below). The dates of the meetings in 2024 are:

If you want to check out the group but aren’t sure if you can join more meetings, no problem! You can attend monthly or every now and again – attendance is always optional.
