About the Film
Debt, divorce, despondence: “Lousy” Carter, a literature professor suffering from burnout, lives up to his nickname. When his doctor’s diagnosis delivers a devastating blow, he must decide: Can he get his life back on track, or is it all hopeless? A sensitive, offbeat tragicomedy starring David Krumholtz as a hapless but oddly likeable college professor.
After the screening, a Q&A with director Bob Byington will take place.
