Dawn of the Trumpocalypse?

Lecture / Free admission

The Donald Trump White House has massively contributed to the notion that facts matter neither in political, social or journalistic contexts. Media outlets such as Fox News often purport theses that are largely unfounded or at least highly questionable from a factual standpoint. John Nichols, a pioneering political blogger, writes against this tide in his contributions for The Nation as its national-affairs correspondent. His posts have been cited internationally, quoted in numerous books, and mentioned in debates on the floor of Congress.

Nichols has further diagnosed the current situation in American politics in numerous books such as Horsemen of the Trumpocalypse: A Field Guide to the Most Dangerous People in America, and a best-selling biography of former vice president Dick Cheney, Dick: The Man Who is President (New Press), which has recently been published in French and Arabic.
